You will need a username and password to access your Supra account. Here you can manage your listings, reports, and settings. For your first login, you will need to provide your key serial number and pin.

2. Enter the serial number of your key (which is located on the back of your key) and your PIN.

The ActiveKEY is the first wireless lockbox key designed by real estate professionals for real estate professionals. ActiveKEY keeps itself updated 24/7 through frequent cellular connections to the Supra
network. Virtually no attention is required from you. When an ActiveKEY opens one of your iBoxes, you receive a realtime showing notification on your key. You know right away when someone has entered your listings!
iBoxes
The Supra iBox is an electronic keybox that is placed on
listings and holds the listing’s keys. The iBox uses infrared technology to communicate with
Supra keys.
UCAR sells new iBoxes for $95.10, including taxes. If available, UCAR also offers used iBoxes for $73.73. If you buy or sell an iBox from another agent, you must have a bill of sale to authorize reprogramming of the box.
eKey
The eKEY software allows you to use your smartphone as your lockbox key. There are more than 50 certified phones. The eKEY will allow you to obtain listing keys and manage key boxes using your phone’s internet connection.

Q. How do I update my new key?
A. You do not need to update your new Supra ActiveKey; it will update itself every 10 minutes.
A. You can enter an update code by logging into SupraWeb, enter your Key Serial Number and your PIN. On the left hand side under ‘Quick Menu’ click on ‘Update Code’.
Q. How do I charge the Supra Key?
A. Do not plug your key into the computer to charge. It will not work! You received a wall charger when you got your new key. Keep the key plugged into the wall charger until you need it.
Q. How long will my key battery charge last?
A. The Supra Key should work for about 3 days on a full charge, depending on use. Keep your key charging at all times to be sure.
Q. How do I check my battery status?
A. Press the On/Off button and the first thing to appear on the key will be the battery status.
