Description: Featuring the New REPC and New Short Sale Forms! In this class, we will review a few of the more commonly used forms in Utah. We will pay particular attention to the (1) new REPC, (2) new SHORT SALE forms and the (3) Lease Option Contract. We will illustrate with real life examples what legal pitfalls to watch out for when using these forms and will clear up some of the common misunderstandings about the forms. After this class you will be an expert on how to effectively use these forms and will be able to confidently represent your client.
