Both days of the course must be completed in order to receive credit. This course covers agency in detail; it covers all the listings, fiduciary duties, ethics, and professionalism in the real estate industry. It also covers communication with your clients as well as with other agents. Agents will have education on forms and contracts with hands-on application. The class will also have a segment on proper pricing of your client’s property, CMA vs. appraisal, and how to help your clients determine the value. Federal Laws will be covered as well as RESPA, Fair Housing, Lead-based paint, and the anti-trust laws. If you licensed before July 1, 2007, you may also take this course to fulfill your 12 CE education requirement for your renewal.
